What we collect

If you email us, we keep your message and address for as long as the conversation — and any resulting work — requires. Our hosting provider keeps short-lived server logs (IP address, time, requested page) for security. Legal bases: legitimate interest and steps prior to a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) and (b)).

Cookies

By default this site sets no cookies and loads no third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own server. Only if you consent do we load Google Analytics (analytics) and the Meta Pixel / Google Ads tag (marketing); legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can change or withdraw it any time under “Cookie settings” in the footer. Your choice is stored in your browser for six months.

Who else sees data

Our hosting provider; and, only with your consent, Google Ireland Ltd. and Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., which may transfer data to the US under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and object to processing. Write to vince.barath@artavizo.com. You can also complain to your authority: in the Netherlands the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl), in Hungary the NAIH (naih.hu).
